1. About TestDateUK

TestDateUK is an independent practical driving test booking assistance service operating within the United Kingdom.

TestDateUK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), the UK Government, or any driving test centre.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that TestDateUK operates independently and provides a private booking assistance service only.

2. Nature of the Service

TestDateUK provides an administrative booking assistance service for practical driving tests.

Our service includes assisting customers in sourcing and booking practical driving tests using the official DVSA booking system on the customer’s behalf, based on the information provided by the customer.

TestDateUK does not conduct driving tests, control test availability, influence test outcomes, or make decisions regarding cancellations, examiner allocation, or test centre operations. All official confirmations, test details, and communications are issued directly by DVSA.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By using TestDateUK, the customer confirms that all information provided, including but not limited to driving licence number, theory test pass number, and personal details, is accurate, valid, and up to date.

The customer authorises TestDateUK to act on their behalf solely for the purpose of booking a practical driving test.

TestDateUK is not responsible for failed or cancelled bookings resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid information supplied by the customer. No refund will be due in such circumstances.

4. Payments and Pricing

All payments are taken via secure, private checkout links provided directly to the customer.

Prices include the DVSA government test fee and a separate service fee charged by TestDateUK for booking assistance.

Payment must be completed in full before any booking activity is undertaken.

By completing payment, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy Summary

TestDateUK’s service fee is strictly non-refundable.

Only the DVSA government test fee may be refundable, subject to DVSA cancellation rules and eligibility. The applicable DVSA fees are £62 for weekday tests and £75 for weekend or evening tests.

If DVSA does not issue a refund, TestDateUK is unable to provide one.

6. Cancellations and Changes

TestDateUK is not responsible for cancellations, changes, or disruptions caused by DVSA, including but not limited to examiner unavailability, test centre closures, system errors, industrial action, or adverse weather conditions.

Once a test has been booked, TestDateUK has no control over DVSA decisions or policies.

Customer-requested changes or cancellations are subject entirely to DVSA rules.

7. No Guarantee

TestDateUK does not guarantee specific test dates, times, locations, availability, or outcomes.

TestDateUK does not guarantee a test pass or any particular examiner conduct.

The service is limited strictly to booking assistance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestDateUK shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, travel costs, accommodation costs, emotional distress, or failed tests.

TestDateUK’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service fee.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such liability cannot be excluded under law.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact TestDateUK directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

In the event of a chargeback, TestDateUK reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence to the payment provider, including these Terms & Conditions, the Refund Policy, checkout disclosures, booking confirmations, and communication records.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

10. DVSA and Government Disclaimer

Customers acknowledge that TestDateUK does not represent or impersonate DVSA or any government body and does not claim to provide official government services.

TestDateUK provides a lawful, independent administrative service and does not misuse DVSA branding or communications.

11. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

TestDateUK reserves the right to refuse service, cancel assistance, or withhold refunds where fraud, abuse, misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
