Are you DVSA or affiliated with DVSA?

No. TestDateUK is an independent practical driving test booking assistance service. We are not affiliated with DVSA, DVLA, or any government body. All driving test confirmations are issued directly by DVSA.

What exactly am I paying for?

You are paying for a booking assistance service. This includes sourcing availability and booking a practical driving test on your behalf using the official DVSA booking system. The total price includes the DVSA government test fee and our service fee.

Why do you not show prices on your website?

Prices vary depending on test availability, location, and timing. For this reason, payments are taken via private checkout links once a suitable test date has been confirmed.

Once a test date is agreed, you will receive a secure, private checkout link unique to you. Payment must be completed before we proceed with the booking.

What happens after I pay?

After payment is completed, we book the practical driving test on your behalf. You will then receive an official confirmation email directly from DVSA confirming your booking.

Will I receive official DVSA confirmation?

Yes. All test bookings are confirmed directly by DVSA. TestDateUK does not issue or replicate DVSA confirmations.

Can I choose my test centre and date?

You can provide your preferred test centre and date. Availability is subject to DVSA availability, and specific dates or times cannot be guaranteed.

Do you guarantee a test date or pass?

No. We do not guarantee test availability, specific dates, or test outcomes. Our service is limited to booking assistance only.

What is your refund policy?

What happens if I provide incorrect details?

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in a failed booking or cancellation without refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details provided are accurate.

Can DVSA cancel my test?

Yes. DVSA may cancel or change tests for reasons outside our control, such as examiner availability, test centre closures, or operational issues. In such cases, DVSA rules apply.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, trusted payment providers. TestDateUK does not store your card details.
