1. Service Fee

TestDateUK charges a service fee for booking assistance. This service fee is non-refundable once payment has been completed and work has commenced.

2. DVSA Government Test Fee

The DVSA government test fee may be refundable only where DVSA cancellation rules permit.

The applicable DVSA fees are £62 for weekday tests and £75 for weekend or evening tests.

Refunds are dependent entirely on DVSA approval and processing. If DVSA does not issue a refund, TestDateUK is unable to provide one.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund will be issued where a booking fails or is cancelled due to incorrect customer information, missed tests, failed tests, changes of mind, or DVSA decisions outside refund eligibility.

4. Refund Processing

Any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation from DVSA.

5. Acceptance

By completing payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy, including the non-refundable nature of the service fee.
